When you submit a demo request, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, phone number (if given), brand name, number of locations, how you currently manage royalties, the services you're interested in and any message you include.

We also collect standard technical information that web servers record, such as browser type and the pages requested.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, understand your current royalty process and recommend an appropriate service structure.

We do not sell the information you submit.

Sales and royalty information shared with GetRoyalty as part of a managed royalty administration engagement is used only to deliver that service, under the terms of the agreement in place with your organization.

We keep demo request information for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records.

This website may use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools in the future. If and when those tools are added, this policy will be updated to reflect them.
